You will meet your pet loving professional in the comfort of your home, where your pet(s) will remain while you are away. House Calls customers receive a personal pet sitter who remains the same with each service request. Upon request, pet sitter references from clients who have used her sitting services over and over again can be provided.
A contingency plan is in place in the event of a pet sitter’s vacation, illness or emergency. If a pet emergency arises, we will notify you and your veterinarian to receive further instructions. We are Bonded, Licensed and Insured.l House Calls is a tender loving professional pet sitting service.
All About our service Steps:
Step 1:
Call your local office, Email, or request service now.
Step 2:
Your personal pet Sitter will call you to set up a meeting in your home with your and your pet(s). Where you will learn more about us!
Step 3:
Gather your pet(s) history, habits, veterinarians information, your contact information for your absence, names and phone numbers of anyone who has access to your home while you are away.
Prior to your meeting, please complete our required “Important Documents” so that we can get your service request set up in our database. You will be asked to set up an account first.

First, you will be asked to create an account first.
Then, you can click on the forms and fill them out.
Health Directives, Service Agreement and Customer Instructions

When you hit submit and all required fields are filled out you will get a message on the screen that the form has been sent and we will both receive an email with the form in PDF format.
Step 4:
Meet with your personal pet care provider to determine the best routine for you and your pet(s).
A service contract will be completed clearly stating your services, the dates and fees.
We want to ensure your pet(s) comfort and your worry free travel.
*We require two house keys that have been tested.
Step 5:
Your service request begins. Daily instructions are carried out. Your pet sitter will be happy to send texts and or photos of your happy pets each day you are away for your peace of mind! A note is left on the last day letting you know how things went.
No matter what the season House Calls is there 365 days a year!
The typical House Calls 4 Sitting Services consist of:
1- We will bring in the newspaper & mail on our way to care for your pet(s).
2- Feeding and fresh water for the pet(s).
3- Spending time playing with and/or exercising the pets (Dog Walk).
4- Scooping the yard and/or litter box.
5- Bring in or setting out the garbage cans.
6- Lots of love and attentions for the pets before leaving.
7- A security check around the house before locking up.
Step 6:
Sitting service continues until you call to say you are home. You can call at any hour. Our voice mail system silently records your message in the wee hours of the morning and night.
