House Calls Pet Sitting Tri-Valley

Rates Payment –

• $33.00 per visit to care for your pets and home
• $80.00 Overnight in your home dinner to breakfast
  
• $70.00 24 hour Daycare in our home
• $55.00 Up to 10 hour Daycare in our home
• $15.00 Key pick up and return after first service request
• $50.00 Per Hour Transportation
• $15.00 for bookings made without 48 hour notice
• $25.00 Holiday Fee per visit on: ( Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, 4th July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, New Year’s Day, and Thanksgiving)

The above list is the Average charge for service, your rate will be set by your personal pet sitter at your initial meeting.

Payment:

Full payment for services is due on the FIRST DAY of SERVICE for all customers.

Checks:  Make payable to House Calls Tri-Valley, Inc.

Cancellation Policy:

Pet Sitting/Day Care/ Overnight Stays- Cancellations may be made up to 8 days prior to your scheduled first visit at no Charge.  *Major holidays require a two week cancellation notice.

After the cancellation period, a  fee of 25% of the total of reservation will be charged (i.e. $200.00 reservation= $50.00 cancellation fee).

Regularly Scheduled Mid-day Dog Walks and other services:

Cancellations for services must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the cancelled visit.

Delinquent Accounts:

Payments are due on the first day of service.  (Additional charges are due upon return.)
Past due Accounts are Payments not made by the first day of service.
*You will be invoiced an additional $10.00 billing fee.

**Late payments over 30 days will be assessed an additional $20.00 billing fee, per month, added on to balance.

Holiday Deposit Reservations:

You may request a refund of your remaining deposit balance, or have it applied as credit towards future services.

Returned Checks:

There is a $30 fee for each check returned by the client’s bank.

Credit Balances:

Credit balances, if applicable, will be paid within 10 days or can be applied for future services.

Pay Pal Payments:

We are happy to offer the services of PayPal for your convenience.  Payments made on PayPal require that you
