About the Dog Park:
Located at the southern most end of the Rancho Bernardo Community Park CA the Off Leash Dog Park is a 2.66 acre off leash area divided into three pens where dogs can run free and socialize in a beautiful environment.
Directions: Off Interstate 15, exit West Bernardo/Pomerado Road. Make a left off the freeway (heading west). The Rancho Bernardo Community Park is approximately 1/4 mile on your right. Continue to the southern most end of the Community Park to the dog park.
Each pen has a double gate entry to ensure that no dogs can run out when someone enters the pen.
Each pen also has a spigot with a toxic free hose and a large, heavy weighted water bowl.
The Rancho Bernardo Off Leash Dog Park features grass, trees, benches, and three biodegradable disposable bag dispensers in each pen.

LEASH dogs while entering and leaving the Off-Leash area.
Users must monitor and control their dogs at all times.
Owners must clean up after their dogs.
Aggressive dogs and dogs in heat are prohibited.
Dogs must be removed from Off-Leash area if aggressive.
No more than three dogs per family allowed at one time.
Dogs must have current licenses and have no contagious diseases.
Dog owner must remain in Off-Leash area with dog.
Dogs must be under voice control at all times.
Dog owner must have leash on hand at all times for each dog.
Puppies under 4 months of age are not recommended.
Spaying and neutering of dogs is recommended.
Parents must closely supervise children. Parents must ask permission from the dog owner for children to play with a dog.
Excessive barking is not allowed.
Pet treats or food are not allowed.
Fill any hole your dog digs.
Dog training is not allowed in the leash-free area.
Training may be allowed in other areas of the park by permit only.
